About the job
What you achieve:
- Friendly and competent handling of our customers' telephone enquiries
- Creating customised offers for both new and existing customers
- Processing insured and contract data as well as other administrative tasks
- Continuously deepening your health insurance knowledge and expanding your advisory skills
Why you succeed:
- You have completed vocational training or have a high school diploma
- You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written; any additional language is a plus
- Initial experience in finance, insurance, or healthcare is advantageous
- You enjoy communicating professionally by phone and via digital channels, where advice and sales go hand in hand
- You keep an overview and remain calm even in challenging situations
