Head of Electrical Department
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY In this responsible role, you will take on the technical and personnel management of the electrical department in the Dietikon region. You plan, control and monitor demanding projects in the electrical sector and ensure compliance with quality, deadline and cost targets. In addition, you develop and optimise internal processes and standards to continuously improve the department's performance. As a leader, you motivate and promote your team and ensure constructive, goal-oriented collaboration. You act as a central interface to other company areas as well as external partners and represent the department to customers, associations and authorities. Furthermore, you lead the department as a profit centre, including budget planning and economic control.
YOUR PROFILE You have completed or are currently undergoing training as an electrical installation and safety expert or have an equivalent qualification. You bring sound expertise in the electrical sector as well as proven experience in project management, along with a good regional network. You are strong in leadership, structured and know how to motivate and further develop your team. Assertiveness, a confident manner as well as team and conflict skills characterise you. Your solution-oriented working style and pronounced communication skills complete your profile.
