NURSE / CARE SPECIALIST
40% - 100% / HF, FH, DN II, AKP
As a care coordinator (case management), you accompany, advise and care for people at home and are responsible for the care process and the organisation of holistic support.
You have the appropriate professional qualification and may already have gained some initial experience, so that
you can take on your tasks independently and responsibly after thorough introduction.
