About the job

Your Tasks

Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of systems and devices
Collaboration in ensuring and implementing modern building technology
Support in the operation and maintenance of new buildings
Supervision and coordination of third-party companies
Participation in internal projects
Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
Administrative tasks (IH program, control systems, alarm and locking systems)
Processing of request tickets
On-call duty every 6-7 weeks (standby service)

Your Profile

Certificate as Technical Caretaker or skilled professionals such as carpenter, plumber, etc.
Ideally experience in operational maintenance
Driver's license category B available
