- Experience in facility maintenance is preferable.

Your Tasks
- Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of systems and devices
- Collaboration in ensuring and implementing modern building technology
- Support in the operation and maintenance of new buildings
- Supervision and coordination of third-party companies
- Participation in internal projects
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
- Administrative tasks (IH program, control systems, alarm and locking systems)
- Processing of request tickets
- On-call duty every 6-7 weeks (standby service)
Your Profile
- Certificate as Technical Caretaker or skilled professionals such as carpenter, plumber, etc.
- Ideally experience in operational maintenance
- Driver's license category B available
