Your tasks include

Responsibility and execution for the comprehensive implementation of a complete nursing process within the framework of primary nursing
Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
Support in crisis situations
Conducting complex conversations with patients and relatives
Responsibility and co-design of interprofessional collaboration
Practical training of apprentices and students: guiding, accompanying, and supporting

You bring with you

Degree as certified nursing specialist HF / FH
Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
High personal responsibility and proven social competence
Enjoyment of teamwork
Good networked thinking
