THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- Work in the twelve-member network team.
- Assist in operating the network in the areas of WAN, LAN, WLAN, Datacenter Services.
- Assign and administer access rights and addresses.
- Monitor functionality and capacity.
- 2nd and 3rd level support for our customers.
- Ensure system documentation and system policies.
- Take on on-call duties in the network of the entire fenaco Landi Group (approximately every 2 months).
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training (preferably in a technical industry) (Federal diploma, HF or FH qualification is an advantage).
- Professional experience in access and datacenter areas.
- Experience with Cisco and Fortinet.
- Analytical and communication skills that help you quickly identify and constructively solve problems.
- Willingness to travel to the locations of various subsidiaries.
- Possession of a category B driving license.
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French B2 is an advantage.
