For the "Engineering" department, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Ensuring a qualified technical infrastructure (premises, systems, media) required for the production of sterile medicinal products
Maintaining a GMP-compliant condition of systems and infrastructure
Ensuring maintenance and cleaning of buildings and facilities
Continuous improvement of energy efficiency and reduction of resource consumption
Monitoring maintenance-related issues and continuous improvement of the program
Continuous measurement and improvement of system availability. Identification of systems with increased failure and deviation rates and implementation of improvements thereof
Personnel and professional leadership of the area of responsibility according to the current organizational chart (Facility Management, Service Group)
Ensuring professional redundancy for all key functions within the engineering organization
Creation and management of the investment budget for the site and its efficient execution
Efficient handling of projects (changes, expansions, etc.) in the technical area while complying with all requirements within agreed timelines and costs
Budgeting and cost monitoring in the technical area and investment projects
Internal and cross-departmental communication appropriate to the level
As a member of the top management, the position holder effectively supervises the state of control throughout the entire lifecycle of the systems and the product
Compliance with all safety-relevant requirements and all other legal requirements for the construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems and equipment

Your profile

University of Applied Sciences or university degree in process engineering, chemical/pharmaceutical engineering
Experience with investment projects in the pharmaceutical sector
Experience in maintenance & repair in the pharmaceutical sector
Experience in critical media, aseptic filling systems, and associated cleanroom systems
Leadership experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, GMP/FDA experience
More than 5 years in a comparable position
Good English skills, spoken and written
