Ecobion employs 16 staff who work throughout Switzerland.
Our customers are mainly kitchens of retirement homes, clinics or hospitals, large catering chains, restaurants, hotels and their suppliers as well as commercial or industrial enterprises.

Your mission at Ecobion

To complete our team we are looking for:

An auditor and consultant for food hygiene for the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Zurich, but also the whole German-speaking Switzerland).
This position requires regular travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland, with occasional training sessions.

Your activities

• Assessment of quality systems, infrastructures, working methods and even operational concepts,
• Sampling and interpreting the results of analyses,
• Consulting and supporting customers in implementing their corrective measures,
• Creation and implementation of HACCP systems and self-monitoring concepts,
• Conducting training on food safety,
• Presentation of the services and products of Ecobion AG,
• Installation and support of the digital HACCP solution ePack Pro.

Your profile

• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of food technology and/or food techniques,
• Good practical experience in the HACCP field,
• Good knowledge of Swiss food legislation,
• Autonomous, flexible, organised and able to work in a team,
• Fluency in German with good oral and written knowledge of French,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Driving licence category B.
