Team Leader Operations Decentralised Heating Systems (all)

About the job

• Lead the team personnel-wise, organisationally and technically and promote the further development of team members.
• Be responsible for the operation of decentralised heating and cooling systems as well as heating networks of our customers in Northwestern Switzerland (focus Basel).
• Schedule fault reports and take over the on-call organisation.
• Analyse and optimise cost, revenue and performance indicators of the systems and prepare calculations for new offers.
• Develop maintenance concepts and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• You convince with your experience in heating or energy systems and are willing to also participate operationally in system operation.
• Completed qualification at HF level in building technology, process engineering or similar.
• Leadership is close to your heart – with your positive attitude you succeed in balancing empowerment and enforcement.
• You find it easy to build sustainable relationships and strengthen cooperation with internal and external partners as well as customers.
• You hold a driving licence category B and are open to on-call duties.
