Team Leader High-Speed Packaging Line

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packaging the finished products according to applicable procedures, processes, and regulations in compliance with cGMP

• Technical, organizational, and personnel leadership of the production staff to maintain a safe and efficient production environment

• Ensure that requirements regarding safety, quality, reliability, and costs are met within own area

• Monitor the production process and intervene promptly in case of problems

• Coordinate activities with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Assurance)

• Review and finalize batch records

• Continuous improvement of processes through analysis of process data and initiation of appropriate measures

Qualifications:

• Completed technical/scientific studies or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field

• Excellent knowledge of cGMPs and production processes in an FDA-regulated industry

• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex, highly automated production systems. Experience with Schubert packaging machines is an advantage

• Proven skills in problem-solving, creativity, time management, and prioritization

• Very good German language skills (spoken & written)

• At least 1 to 3 years of leadership experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry

• Willingness to work shifts (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, occasional support of night shifts) and flexible work assignments

• Willingness for occasional on-call duty
