Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.
For the RPB locations in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as
Certified Music Therapist (m/f/d)
Activation & Care Team, 60% workload
You will support us by:
- Assessing, planning, conducting, and evaluating music therapy individual and group treatments in the fields of geriatrics, dementia, and palliative care
- Competently supervising interns in the music therapy study program
- Inspiring trainees and students from various disciplines with the magic of music
- Participating in projects and working groups as needed
- Planning your appointments independently and documenting carefully
You can convince us with:
- A completed education recognized by the Swiss Professional Association for Music Therapy (SFMT)
- Ideally, experience in the geriatric field
- Creativity, curiosity, and openness to innovative and unconventional approaches
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and resilience
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident use of IT programs such as MS Office and Pflegedoc
