Your impact with us
The core of your task is the responsibility for the entire personnel administration – from entry to exit. You manage and maintain personnel master data and files, coordinate administrative processes, prepare employment contracts and references, and actively support application management and payroll processing. You engage in exciting HR projects and make a valuable contribution to the further development of our processes. Additionally, you help to reliably ensure the reception and telephone switchboard of the foundation.
Your profile
- HR Assistant HRSE and/or personnel clerk or several years of experience in HR administration
- Experienced IT user (Abacus advantageous)
- Practical knowledge of payroll/social insurance/projects desirable
- Enjoy working with people in a lively environment
- Discreet personality with a positive and empathetic attitude and a flair for words and numbers (good style)
- Accustomed to precise, proactive work
