Do you want to improve processes, utilise data and achieve visible results? At Delica, you actively shape the operational excellence of our production. Together with the teams, you analyse workflows, implement improvements and contribute to sustainably increasing efficiency, quality and stability.

What you will achieve

• You analyse production and support processes, identify improvement potentials and support their successful implementation.
• You actively participate in the introduction and application of lean methods such as 5S, KVP, shopfloor management or problem solving.
• You support the development and further advancement of KPI systems, dashboards and visualisations for data-based operational control.
• You work on cross-departmental improvement projects and, after the familiarisation phase, take responsibility for complete projects, sub-projects and specific implementation measures.
• You assist managers and employees in sustainably anchoring continuous improvements in everyday work.

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or comparable, ideally with a focus on process management or operational excellence, and further training in lean management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable)
• Professional experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in production, process management, lean or continuous improvement environment.
• You convince with your communication skills, enjoy working with different stakeholders and implement changes pragmatically and sustainably.
• You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and enjoy continuously improving processes and workflows.
• You bring knowledge in lean management, operational excellence or KVP. Experience with Power BI, SAP S/4HANA or comparable digital tools is an advantage.
