At the Wiesenhaus , people with particularly demanding care needs live. We offer eight KBS places (KBS = Coordination and Advisory Centre for extremely demanding placements) in a psychiatric setting that meet the specific needs of the residents.

The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.
This is your task
You design and accompany the individual daily structure of the residents and support them in challenging situations. You take on the administration of medication, document the care process, and contribute to the assessment according to BESA. Interdisciplinary collaboration is close to your heart, and you ensure that care and nursing meet current standards and legal requirements.

Your organisational and communication skills help you to manage your tasks constructively.
