Contributes to the implementation, maintenance, and execution of the assigned quality and/or laboratory systems in an effective and compliant manner.

About the Role
Major Accountabilities
~ Provides technical and/or administrative support for the quality organisation.
~ Performs simple, routine, and repetitive activities according to supervisor instructions.
~ Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or laboratory methods in an effective and compliant manner.
~ Provides assistance in document creation (e.g., reports, records, presentations).
~ Reports technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable)

~Customer satisfaction
~ Punctuality rate
~ Tasks are completed on time according to specified cycle time
~ Consistent adherence to GMP and health, safety, and environmental guidelines as well as standard operating procedures
~ No complaints during regulatory inspections
