Your tasks are

Telephone and written advice as well as support of our demanding customers across our entire product range
Order processing from A to Z including follow-up (order control, receipt of orders and complaints, creation of system offers, individual, monthly and service invoices, credit notes)
Processing of orders (material availability, clarification of delivery times and prices) as well as answering individual customer inquiries
Close cooperation with internal contact groups such as field service, purchasing, warehouse, logistics as well as with all other laboratory locations
Maintenance of customer and other master data
Creation of various statistics
Support of the internal sales management
Participation in projects and special topics
General administrative support
