Your tasks

• You take responsibility for our product line "Electric Toothbrushes" and manage it from the idea through development and launch to continuous further development.
• You identify market, competition, and technology trends in the dental industry and derive new product ideas, improvements, and a forward-looking product roadmap.
• You manage product developments from the initial idea to successful global market entry, ensuring projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and goal-oriented manner.
• You coordinate collaboration with various internal departments as well as external suppliers and development partners.
• You translate market needs, technical requirements, and economic goals into clear specifications and convincing product solutions.
• You are the central contact person for technical and product-related questions and bring together internal and external stakeholders.
• You analyse your range in terms of profitability, profitability, and complexity and develop the portfolio purposefully.
• You accompany our electric toothbrushes throughout the entire lifecycle, including further developments, successor products, and phase-outs.
• You help to further develop efficient processes around artwork, specifications, approvals, supplier management, deviation management, as well as batch and lot code concepts.

Your profile

• You have a university degree, ideally in industrial engineering, business administration with a technical flair, or a comparable field.
• You have already gained experience in product management, project management, or a similar interface function.
• You think structurally, proceed methodically, and advance complex topics clearly and solution-oriented.
• You enjoy technical products and have a good understanding of economic contexts.
• You work analytically, reliably, and with a high quality awareness.
• You coordinate various departments, stakeholders, and external partners confidently and keep an overview even with many parallel topics.
• You tackle topics proactively, think entrepreneurially, and want to actively shape products.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and convincingly, in German as well as in English.
