- You learn the preparation of dishes and meals in the hot and cold kitchen as well as in the patisserie area.
- You find out why hygiene regulations are important.
- You understand why occupational safety must be observed in the kitchen area.
- You assist in the production and preparation of meals for our restaurant "Chez Grand Maman" (à la carte).
- You support internal events, catering, or a cozy coffee gathering.
- You bring your own ideas and creativity to meet the taste of our customers.
- You attend the vocational school in Wattwil or St. Gallen.
