What is the role about?
We are looking for a shift leader for customer manufacturing who complements our global team with expertise and leadership strength. You take responsibility in manufacturing, actively shape processes, and ensure that our high quality standards are implemented daily.
What tasks will you take on?
- You lead a shift with 10–13 employees in a 2-shift operation and develop your team purposefully.
- You plan, coordinate, and control daily business to efficiently achieve set goals.
- You consistently implement quality requirements, safety guidelines, and internal standards and promote their compliance.
- You initiate continuous improvement processes (Kaizen) and implement them together with your team.
- You are responsible for the Autonomous Maintenance area within our TPM strategy and act directly on the shop floor as a role model.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a technical basic education as well as further training as a leadership specialist, master craftsman, or technician.
- You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in a technical environment and apply your know-how purposefully.
- You are communicative, organized, and passionate about promoting and developing people.
- You are confident in using MS Office and SAP and ideally have initial experience with LEAN methods.
- You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written, and ideally bring additional language skills, working independently, flexibly, and team-oriented.
