You are a team player, flexible and motivated. You have a good rapport with elderly people, maintain a compassionate approach and possess high social competence.

Your area of responsibility essentially consists of the following:

• Performing and ensuring individual and professional care and support according to ethical principles
• Careful documentation of all services
• Active participation in reports and team meetings
• Ensuring and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations

You bring the following:

• You have successfully completed the SRK Care Assistant course and already have professional experience
• You have a neat appearance and your pronounced service mentality also distinguishes you in teamwork
• Your willingness to work regular weekend shifts and public holiday duties is a matter of course
• You have very good German language skills and independently carry out administrative tasks on the computer
