For our production site in Mitlödi, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual to support our maintenance team in the planning, coordination, and administrative handling of maintenance and calibrations.

In this versatile role, you will work closely with internal departments and external service providers and make an important contribution to the availability and reliability of our production equipment.

Your Tasks – Make a Difference Here

• Maintenance Coordination: You plan and coordinate external maintenance assignments, obtain the necessary services, issue orders, and keep an eye on deadlines and costs.
• Calibrations: You organise external device calibrations, coordinate shipping and return delivery, and ensure complete documentation.
• Technical Administration: You check maintenance documents and feedback, maintain the corresponding records, and ensure the correct completion of maintenance orders in SAP.
• Deadline Monitoring: You track maintenance dates, recognise delays early, and coordinate the necessary arrangements.
• Spare Parts Management: You support the procurement and management of spare parts and, if necessary, the management of stock levels.
• Training Coordination: You organise external training sessions and ensure that dates, attendance, and certificates are documented.

Your Profile – What You Bring

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or commercial field
• Good technical understanding and interest in industrial equipment and maintenance processes
• Strong organisational skills as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoy working with different departments and external service providers
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with SAP or comparable ERP/maintenance systems is an advantage
• Ideally experience in technical administration, maintenance planning, spare parts procurement, or stock management
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments is a plus but not a requirement
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
