• Acceptance, organisation, and dispatch of general cargo orders throughout Switzerland
• Deployment planning of the vehicle fleet according to ecological and economic aspects
• Management and support of drivers 
• Clarifications in case of irregularities and special features

• Professional experience as a transport dispatcher
• Commercial and/or technical education/training
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss geography
• Resilient and flexible personality
• Reliable, precise, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (04:00-13:00 and 12:00-21:00)
• Driving licence category C/E desired
