At Julius Baer, we celebrate and value the individual qualities you bring, enabling you to be impactful, to be entrepreneurial, to be empowered, and to create value beyond wealth. Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.
As a key member of the GPS Engagement & Communications team, the Internal Communications Specialist will strengthen internal dialogue and foster greater connectivity across Global Products & Solutions (GPS) and the wider Bank Julius Baer organisation.
This role plays a critical part in shaping transparent, purposeful, and timely communication that supports business priorities, drives employee engagement, and reinforces organisational culture.
The successful candidate will develop and deliver strategic internal communications that resonate with diverse regional and functional audiences within GPS.
While the primary focus is internal messaging, there may be opportunities to contribute to select external visibility efforts—such as speaker nominations or award submissions—in coordination with the central Internal Communications Team.
This is not a market or investment commentary role. Instead, it calls for a skilled communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands organisational dynamics, and uses storytelling to build connection and clarity.
