Responsibilities:
- Independent management of a defined property portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.
- Contact person for tenants in all matters, handling enquiries, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts.
- Conclusion, extension, and termination of rental agreements as well as implementation of rent adjustments.
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair measures in close cooperation with craftsmen and service providers.
- Monitoring and control of operating and ancillary cost statements as well as preparation of economic plans and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy law, housing administration law, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education as a property manager (EFA or comparable qualification).
- Professional experience in property management, preferably in a property management company.
- Confident use of MS Office and property management software (e.g. Wodis, SAP RE).
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and customer orientation.
- Structured and independent working style as well as teamwork skills.
- Fluent German language skills
