Consolidation Expert (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire consolidation process according to national and international accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, US GAAP)
- Preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, including cash flow and equity development
- Continuous monitoring of changes in accounting regulations and their impact on consolidation
- Close collaboration with local finance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Development of policies and processes to improve consolidation efficiency and accuracy
- Preparation of internal and external reports for management, regulatory authorities, and investors
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in finance, accounting, or federal diploma as auditor/ expert in accounting and controlling
- Several years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting, ideally at a Big Four firm
- Sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS)
- Proficient use of consolidation software and MS Office applications, SAP preferred
- Analytical mindset, strong affinity for numbers, and meticulous work style
- Very good German and English skills
