Painter for Permanent Position in Window Construction and Deputy Team Leader
Tasks
- Operate and maintain new spray robot system, including colour changes, troubleshooting and cleaning
- Prepare wooden windows for the first coat
- Inspect surfaces and perform intermediate sanding before top coating
- Coat small batches using a hand spray gun
- Act as deputy team leader with a focus on quality assurance and schedule management
Requirements
- Completed training as a painter, bodywork technician or industrial painter
- Experience with wood coatings using equipment and hand spray gun
- Proficient handling of control systems and strong technical understanding
