At the heart of a demanding industrial environment with high energy stakes, you ensure the operation, safety and development of all the electrical installations on site.
You lead a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the performance, reliability and modernisation of our equipment.
What awaits you:
- Assume full responsibility for the electrical installations of the production site
- Manage and optimise the fleet of electric motors, MCCs, MV and LV lines as well as building installations
- Lead and develop a team of electricians, automation technicians and instrument technicians
- Plan and organise activities according to operational priorities
- Actively participate in investment projects and the modernisation of installations
- Ensure the safety of people and installations (inspections according to OIBT and electrical safety concept)
- Propose and implement technical and organisational improvement actions
- Ensure the training follow-up of apprentices and develop the team’s skills
- Participate in the on-call service according to the pre-established rota
What you bring:
- Federal diploma as a project manager electrician in installation and safety (BPEL), ideally official installation authorisation (IFCF)
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical standards and high current installations
- Good command of electric motors and industrial equipment
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (ideally Simatic S7)
- Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, SAP or equivalent ERP)
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and solution orientation
- Analytical skills, rigour and team spirit
- Strong commitment to health and safety at work
