The University of Basel is a university of international reputation, which delivers excellent performance in research and teaching. Founded in 1460, it can look back on a successful history of over 550 years as the oldest university in Switzerland.
The fundraising team supports the rectorate and researchers in acquiring private third-party funds. The fundraising department serves as an interface between the members of the university and external sponsors and interested parties, maintaining contact through target group-specific events and communication tools such as mailings, website, and individual approaches.
The fundraising department of the rectorate at the University of Basel is looking for an assistant for administrative support starting immediately (or by arrangement).
Your tasks
- Data entry and data maintenance in the CRM database Cobra
- Research and evaluation of (donation) data
- Support in organizing events
- Support in sending mailings
Your profile
You are currently studying at the BA or MA level at the University of Basel / at a Swiss university/FH. You are a committed, reliable, and responsible person with careful and precise working methods and enjoy data-based tasks. You have solid computer skills (Windows Office, especially Excel) and have a flair for numbers. Experience working with databases and/or SAP is an advantage. Very good German skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.We offer you
