To complement our globally active Life-Cycle Management Team in the Bus & Trolley Division, we are looking for a qualified and dynamic System Detective as Traction Engineer.

Then an exciting challenge awaits you with us, where you can specifically apply and further develop your technical know-how and analytical skills. As a fallback level for complex and interconnected faults, you will make a significant contribution to the stability and further development of our products and actively shape future-proof solutions.
Your Tasks
- Receiving customer concerns in the area of traction and mechatronics of battery and trolleybuses
- Fault diagnosis for complex and system-spanning fault patterns
- Supporting service technicians (remotely and on site)
- Independently replacing electronic components at the customer
- Supporting ET management and creating technical documentation
- Assisting in customer training as well as internal qualification measures
- Creating project- and assembly-specific technical evaluations
- Responding to enquiries via ticket system
Our Requirements
- Basic technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician or in the electrical field
- Further training (Electrical Technician TS/HF, Automotive Diagnostician FA, BSc in Automotive Engineering or similar)
- Knowledge of high-voltage systems
- Basic knowledge of control engineering and programming
- Good language skills (German mandatory, second national language advantageous)
- Independent working style
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and to neighbouring countries (travel activity approx. 20-40%)
