Die Zweifel 1898 AG is a traditional wine house with specialist shops in Zürich-Höngg, Zürich-Wiedikon, Uster, Männedorf and Stans. At the Höngg location, we also operate the only cider press on the city of Zurich's grounds and a wine tavern in the family Zweifel's listed ancestral home. Our kitchen stands for hearty, creatively interpreted classics and is characterised by our connection to tradition, innovation and sustainability. We are a sister company of Zweifel Weine & Getränke AG and Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG and belong to Zweifel Holding AG.

• Smooth à la carte service including guest care and advice
• Mise en place work in the restaurant, courtyard terrace and event venue
• Support in the preparation and execution of events and banquets
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and quality standards
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety regulations
• Operating the cash register, service billing
• General replenishing, tidying and cleaning tasks

• Completed apprenticeship in service or further training in the gastronomy sector
• Several years of experience in gastronomy and service
• Enjoyment of wine and advising guests
• Professional, helpful, motivated and conscientious personality
• Team player with a strong service orientation
• Well-groomed, warm and open demeanour
• Very good (Swiss) German skills; English an advantage
• Good wine knowledge an advantage
