For a renowned healthcare institution in the Bern region, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional care and support of people with dementia
• Assuming the role of key nurse and daily responsibility
• Participation in the care process, RAI, and care quality
• Support and promotion of apprentices in the areas of SRK, AGS, and FaGe
• Collaboration in the selection and further development of vocational training
• Cooperation with vocational training supervisors, parents, and vocational school

Your profile

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired
• Enjoyment of vocational training and working with people with dementia
• Warm, committed, and responsible personality
• Good knowledge of German
