Tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC lathes
• Programming, optimising and adjusting CNC programmes
• Independently carrying out quality control of manufactured parts using modern measuring instruments
• Maintenance and care of machines as well as ensuring smooth production processes
• Collaboration with other departments for continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Completed training as a polymechanic
• Professional experience in CNC turning
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
• Knowledge in programming CNC controls (preferably Siemens and possibly SolidCam)
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and commitment
