Do you like everything to run smoothly? Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure the environment is well maintained, and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site.

Your tasks:

• Independently carry out inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities of the facilities
• Handle various requests and minor repairs
• Manage small repair projects
• Supervise and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements
• in bank branches
• Surface maintenance on request
• Ensure on-call service

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as operations agent or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology)
• Good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
• Fluency in French
• Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driving licence required (company car provided)
• Autonomy, responsiveness, priority management, good communication
• Interpersonal skills and service orientation
• Ability to work alone or in a team
