Your tasks
Supporting our Relationship Managers in all matters of daily business – from correspondence, appointment organization, account openings, compliance topics to proactive callbacks.
Telephone support of our intermediaries in general banking matters as well as relieving the team of administrative tasks.
Independent processing of transactions (securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives) in the Avaloq system as well as handling ongoing customer inquiries.
Comprehensive support of external asset managers and fund managers as well as their demanding clientele in all operational matters.
Taking responsibility for ongoing due diligence in the customer base as well as participating in onboardings and complex clarifications.
Collaboration on professional tasks such as market analyses, internal clarifications, preparation of evaluations and presentations, as well as active participation in projects.
Deputy function for Senior Relationship Manager and network building – internally and externally – to further develop our business.
Completed banking or commercial training – ideally with initial experience in private banking or intermediary business.
Language skills: German at native level, very good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
Customer-oriented personality with high initiative, innovative strength, high quality and service orientation.
Organizational talent: good time management, pronounced prioritization skills, and a structured way of working.
Analytical thinking ability as well as pronounced team and communication skills.
Consulting affinity and great interest in building and expanding long-term customer relationships.
Identification with LGT's values and the desire to contribute long-term and with commitment.
