Your tasks

• Professional and personal support of the apprentice designer EFZ during their training
• Conveying practical knowledge in product development, design, 3D-CAD and manufacturing documentation
• Training apprentices in the use of Siemens NX, Teamcenter as well as digital product data and PLM processes
• Planning and implementation of basic and specialised training as well as internal inter-company courses
• Promoting individual strengths and preparing for qualification procedures and career entry
• Collaboration with parents, schools, practical trainers and specialist departments as well as participation in the further development of training

What convinces us about you

• Technical basic education, ideally as a designer EFZ or in a comparable technical profession. Further education at HF level, professional examination or comparable qualification is an advantage. If you do not yet have this, we will gladly support you on your development path
• Several years of professional experience in design as well as sound knowledge in handling 3D-CAD systems
• Experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter or PLM systems is an advantage. More important are your technical understanding and willingness to familiarise yourself with our systems
• Enjoyment in supporting young people and interest in imparting specialist knowledge in a practical and understandable way
• Professional pedagogical experience or qualification is an advantage. What matters is your motivation to support apprentices and your willingness to acquire missing qualifications with our support
• Very good German skills (C1) and willingness to use English in everyday work (B1-B2)
