Your main tasks:
- Organization and execution of repair and maintenance work
- Operation and monitoring of building technical systems - TGM (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.)
- Participation in moves as well as conversion and renovation projects
- Proactively create and complete tickets according to SLA guidelines
- Ordering technical consumables
- Waste separation and disposal
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations in your own area
- Organization and coordination of additional services and wishes of VIPs ("Whatever, Whenever")
Your profile:
- Basic craft or technical training with apprenticeship completion
- Several years of experience in building maintenance
- Technical understanding as well as good IT skills
- Confident German, good English skills
- Independent, precise, and well-organized working style
- Excellent customer interaction and strong service orientation
- Impeccable reputation
