For our successful team in Zurich Oerlikon, we are looking for a new team member from 07.01.2026 temporarily until 05.06.2026. Your main tasks:

- Carrying out daily inspections of all rooms, storage areas, and coffee machines as well as their cleanliness
- Checking locking systems, light bulbs, doors, sanitary facilities for proper functioning
- Performing tasks on the tenant area, orders from the customer, as well as small tasks in maintenance cleaning
- Obtaining quotes
- Summoning and accompanying suppliers
- Receiving deliveries

Your profile:

- Completed basic vocational training EFZ in a manual field (e.g., facility maintenance specialist, building cleaner, etc.) or at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar area
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills (native level)
- Good spoken English skills
- Independent, committed, and reliable work
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
