With offices across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland, we provide comprehensive relocation services that support expatriates and international companies with everything from pre-hire orientation tours to home search, school search, immigration, and settling-in services.
As we expand our team in Germany, we’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Relocation Manager to support international transferees and their families as they transition to Germany. What you will do

- Full-cycle Relocation and Immigration Support: Coordinate and manage all aspects of relocation services – including home search, immigration assistance, school search, and settling-in support
- Customer-Focused Service: Provide expert guidance to clients and their employees, ensuring a seamless and positive relocation experience
- Liaising with Clients and Partners: Act as the main point of contact between clients, their employees, and our relocation network, handling all logistical and administrative tasks
- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee everything from initial order preparation to invoicing, feedback, and project completion
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure the accurate and consistent execution of client services and policies, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
What will you bring to the role

- Relocation & Global Mobility Experience: Essential experience in the relocation or global mobility industry
- International Mindset: A passion for working in an international environment and interacting with diverse cultures
- Knowledge of the German Market: Familiarity with the German rental market and arrival processes is a plus
- Immigration: Knowledge and experience with the German immigration processes
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and open to learning new software
- Relocation Experience: First-hand experience with international relocation is a plus
