• Management of a nursing team of 30 people with support from a group leader
• Targeted focus on leadership and further development tasks of the ward - no direct care
• Planning and control of efficient processes
• Dual management of the interprofessional treatment team (senior physician)
• Development and implementation of strategies for team development
• Regular conduct of team meetings
• Advancing interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and therapists
• Participation in projects
• Networking externally (collaboration with long-term care institutions, relatives, etc.)

• Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
• At least 4 years of professional experience
• Established leadership personality with several years of leadership experience, ideally in a similar environment
• High commitment and great dedication to our patients and employees
• Excellent communication skills and high empathy
