Junior Controller "Business Intelligence" 80-100%
Tasks
- You are responsible for the information- and data-based management of central value creation areas along the procurement market, processes, and sales market. In doing so, you prepare relevant data, analyses, and models in such a way that key action points become visible and well-founded decisions can be supported.
- You create ad-hoc analyses, reports, and KPI dashboards and continuously develop them to create transparency about sales, goods flow, promotions, procurement, processes, and performance.
- You analyse and validate data, recognise patterns, deviations, and optimisation potentials, and translate these into understandable decision bases for specialist departments and management.
- You support the prioritisation and management of measures by showing, based on data and models, where action is needed and what impact possible measures can have.
- You work interdisciplinarily in projects, clarify requirements with the specialist departments, coordinate analytical tasks, and present results appropriately for the target audience and action-oriented.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree or a comparable education in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, or a related field.
- You bring a pronounced analytical mindset and enjoy structuring, analysing, and preparing economic issues based on data in an understandable way.
- You have good fundamentals in data analysis, data validation, and quantitative methods. Initial experience with Python, SQL, BI tools, or comparable analytical applications is an advantage.
- You are interested in business processes, procurement and sales markets, and how data- and model-based insights can contribute to better decisions.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, set priorities, and move confidently between daily business, ad-hoc requests, and project tasks.
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and can present analytical results appropriately for the target audience, understandably, and action-oriented.
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills. French or Italian are an advantage.
