From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement we are looking for a Financial Accounting Clerk 40% (m/f/d).
The essentials at a glance
You are part of our finance team (4 people, 2.4 full-time positions in total) and, in job-sharing with a colleague, take responsibility for key tasks in accounting as a Financial Accounting Clerk. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure reliable processes. Your area of responsibility ranges from financial and accounts payable accounting to accounts receivable and VAT, as well as assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements. You work independently, in a structured manner and with a good eye for detail.
This is what your working day with us looks like
You are responsible for financial accounting including the general ledger and cash management and take on tasks in accounts payable accounting including payment transactions. Accounts receivable accounting including dunning as well as the preparation of VAT returns are also part of your duties.
In addition, you assist with asset accounting, perform general account reconciliations and take on administrative tasks. You actively contribute to quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER. You are also responsible for the internal control system.
What you bring with you
You have a commercial basic education with several years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or further training as an accounting clerk. Good knowledge of Office365 applications is also part of your profile. Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
You work precisely, independently and reliably and enjoy dealing with new issues. Initiative is natural to you and you like to get involved. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration in a personal environment.
