To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a project manager.

Your tasks

• Overall entrepreneurial responsibility for building construction projects up to turnkey handover
• Independent project management, tendering, awarding, cost, schedule and quality control, billing and post-calculation of subcontractor and sub-consultant services
• Organisation and leadership of project teams
• Collaboration with costing and project development, coordination with specialist planners, contractors and authorities
• Contact person for the client

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified site manager, building technician HF, architect or civil engineer
• Several years of experience in project management of building construction projects
• Experience in leading and developing project teams
• Structured and entrepreneurial way of working with an eye for quality, deadlines, resources and economic efficiency
• Independent and responsible action, resilient, strong communication skills
