We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an independent and service-oriented personality for the Prime Tower mandate.Technical Property Manager
What you can achieve with us.
You will manage a complex property on site and be the contact person for our clients. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Contact person for our client for the maintenance of all building services systems (HVACSE)
- Coordination of various service deliveries
- Advising the ownership on all technical trades - also on complex issues
- Monitoring maintenance planning including the required documentation
- Organising and implementing projects in the field of building technology
- Monitoring service and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
- Optimising building operating costs with innovative ideas
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Repair work on building services systems and facilities
- On-call duty

- Technical basic training in HVACSE
- Ideally further training as a maintenance specialist
- Several years of experience in technical building maintenance is an advantage
- Organisational and communication talent
- Good IT user skills
- Very good German language skills
- Driving licence category B mandatory
