Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling)

Tasks

Programme and set up CNC milling machines with 3, 4 and 5 axes
Determine optimal machining strategies for production
Select tools and prepare them for production
Run in, optimise and release programmes for series production
Independently carry out quality checks of the manufactured workpieces

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in programming and setting up CNC milling machines
Knowledge of CAD/CAM is an advantage
Precise, independent and reliable working method
High quality awareness combined with teamwork and initiative
