Your main tasks
- Systematic clustering of the customer portfolio as well as planning an actionable roadmap with defined milestones, priorities and success criteria
- Development of a clear key account strategy for each defined customer segment
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with decision-makers at
executive management level - Leading tenders, offer processes and contract negotiations
- Responsibility for sales, margin and growth targets including account planning, forecasting and reporting
Your profile
- Business or technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level
- Several years of successful experience in key account management or strategic sales of services
- Experience with C-level contacts and tender processes
- Strategic, analytical and strong in negotiation with a convincing manner
- Fluent German skills (level C2), French is an advantage
