Your main tasks:
- Operating and monitoring technical systems in the HVAC area
- Regularly checking and assessing the properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
- Conducting fault analyses and corresponding measures
- Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Accompanying and monitoring internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Receiving and independently processing inquiries as a contact person for the customer
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (EFZ) or training in the field of janitorial services with technical further education and several years of experience in janitorial services with a clear building technology focus
- Further training in ventilation or as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Several years of experience in managing complex building technology systems is mandatory
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
- Driving license category B is an advantage
