Requirements Profile

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the home care sector
• Strong organisational talent and networked thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

Tasks

• Coordination and organisation of daily home care operations
• Triage of new registrations and planning of initial assessments
• Central contact person for nursing specialists, medical professionals and other specialist agencies
• Nursing advice and support in complex situations

• Coordinating role without direct nursing
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
• Responsible role with a lot of independence
• Modern working conditions and training opportunities
