What awaits you

• Operating, monitoring and maintaining building technology systems and control systems
• Carrying out and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses and fault rectifications
• Coordinating and performing inspections, maintenance and repairs on technical systems (HVAC, electrical)
• Implementing customer orders as well as continuous optimisation of building operations
• Participating in conversions and modernisations
• Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
• Providing on-call service

What you bring

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training (e.g. building technology / HVAC)
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field
• Connection permit NIV 15 advantageous or willingness to obtain it promptly
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT/PC skills
• Team spirit as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Impeccable character (criminal and debt register extract)
