Your mission:

to position yourself as an expert in your field of activity
to implement care practices validated by evidence (EBN-EBP)
to engage in research both internally and externally
to analyse professional practices and manage the continuous improvement of care services
to supervise, support and advise colleagues in complex situations
to participate in the design and documentation of care processes and techniques
to assess and analyse the training and clinical follow-up needs of teams
to work transversally with other HFR sites

Your profile:

nursing diploma in general care, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
clinical nurse certificate or equivalent / or willingness to undertake it
minimum 3 years of experience in acute care and rehabilitation or equivalent experience
close collaboration with the medical-nursing managers of the unit
knowledge of project management tools
proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language
proficiency in the usual IT tools used in the institution
ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
autonomy, sense of responsibility and professional positioning
organisational, communication and negotiation skills
dynamic, constructive and innovative spirit
openness to change and adaptability
stress resistance and flexibility
