With our motivated team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we get to realise with renowned architects and clients.YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for project management of demanding new build and renovation projects across all SIA project phases
- Leading and accompanying construction projects between clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
- Independently and professionally handling correspondence, minutes and appointment coordination
- Responsibility for project costs, claims management and construction accounting
- Coordination in various construction projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience in construction/project management of medium-sized building projects, experience in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage
- Completed studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or construction technology
- High initiative and confident appearance
- Independent, responsible and efficient working style in a digital environment
- Assertive, well-organised and reliable person
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Category B driving licence advantageous
